氣炸牙帶魚 兒時常吃的 尤其外婆特別喜歡弄 以前是煎封現在用氣炸鍋 氣炸的更香脆可口 科技的進步令煮食也方便了!😋😋😋 材料Ingredients: 牙帶魚1條 調味料Seasoning: 鹽Salt.............1/2 tsp 茶匙 Procedures: 1. 用鹽把魚調味20分鐘Marinated the fish with salt 2.  噴些油在魚上Spray the Oil on the fish 3. 180度氣炸15分鐘然后反轉再氣炸8分鐘Airfry the marinated fish at 180C for 15 min then turnover for another 8 min.
