氣炸牙帶魚 兒時常吃的 尤其外婆特別喜歡弄 以前是煎封現在用氣炸鍋 氣炸的更香脆可口 科技的進步令煮食也方便了!😋😋😋 材料Ingredients: 牙帶魚1條 調味料Seasoning: 鹽Salt.............1/2 tsp 茶匙 Procedures: 1. 用鹽把魚調味20分鐘Marinated the fish with salt 2.  噴些油在魚上Spray the Oil on the fish 3. 180度氣炸15分鐘然后反轉再氣炸8分鐘Airfry the marinated fish at 180C for 15 min then turnover for another 8 min.

芝士鷄肉漢堡扒😋😋😋   材料(Serve for 4 people , 4人份量) 免冶鷄肉 Minced Chicken 400g 芝士碎 Mix of Cheese diced 麵包糠 Bread crumps 40g 蛋 Egg 2 洋蔥切碎 Onion diced,  1pc 調味料 鹽Salt  3 茶匙 3 teaspoons 胡椒粉White Pepper 少許 a pinch 水 Water  少許 a little 做法 1. 鷄肉加入鹽拌勻 Add salt to the minced chicken and mix well 2. 加入洋蔥 麵包糠 芝士碎 蛋 水 白胡粉 拌勻 Add the diced onion, cheese, beaten egg, water and a pinch of white pepper, into the minced chicken. Mix well 3. 將鷄肉壓成一個漢堡扒形狀 Scope the well mixture into a hamburger steak form 4. 下油熱鑊,大火煎封漢堡扒兩面分鐘2,蓋上鑊蓋 𨍭小火煎6分鐘至熟 Heat the pan at high heat and pan fried the chicken hamburger steak (both side) for 2 minutes, then cover the pan and cook at a low heat for another 6 minutes 提示: 先以大火煎封漢堡扒,能鎖住肉汁 Tips: First start with high heat to cook the chicken hamburger steak can help to keep the steak juicy

媽媽使用說明書 作者 伊藤未來 出版社 小天下 我從一個blogger 的推价得知這本書, 身為媽媽的我很自然被吸引了...於是去了圖書館借來看看 這本書是關於一個孩子常常被媽媽責罵,經過爸爸的開解他領悟到每一件事物都有一部說明書.....於是他猜可否用這個概念用於媽媽身上?他想寫一部有關媽媽的說明書... 從他不斷探索硏發現了很多方可領媽媽不易生氣還可真進母子間的關係感情!最意外的收穫是感受到媽媽是一個很帥氣,聰明及愛顧家人 不竟故事是日本家庭有些生活事宜有差異 另外主角是一位男孩子行為與女生確有不同所以有男孩的母親會較有共鳴 故事概念有趣也籍得一看!!😀

Making Slime I believe nobody will disagree this is the most popular activity that every kid love to do it ..............making slime Loads of videos showing different type of slimes on youtube, some even make a business from it. I would say its fun to watch at the beginning but starts to feel repetitive, however kids don't feel the same 😅

香菇滑鷄粥 😋 材料 鷄1隻 1 Whole Chicken  白米2杯 Rice 2 cups 瑤柱 5克 Dried Scallop 5g 薑絲10克 Sliced Gingers 10g 蔥粒10克 Diced Green Onion 10g 香菇 5粒 Dried Mushroom 5 pcs 調味料 油1毫升 Oil  1teaspoon 鹽8克 Salt 8g 胡椒粉15茶匙 White Pepper 15teaspoons 紹興酒1湯匙 Chinese Wine 1 tablespoon 生抽適量 Light Soy Sauce 做法 1. 乾瑤柱浸水至軟身,然後撕碎 Soaked the dried scallop in water until soft, then tear into slices 2. 香菇 浸水至軟身,然後去蒂切䋡 Soaked the dried mushroom in water until soft, remove the stem and cut into slices 3. 將米洗淨加入1茶匙油拌勻醃30分鐘 Clean the rice and mix 1 teaspoon of oil into the rice, marinated for 30 min. 4. 將鷄切件加入紹興酒,生抽及胡椒粉醃20分鐘 Cut the whole chicken into pieces, then marinated with Chinese wine, Light Soy Sauce and White Pepper 5. 煲瑤柱白粥底 Prepare the Plain congee with dried scallop 6, 將醃好鷄及香菇絲放入粥底煮20分鐘 Lastly cook the chicken and mushroom slices in the congee for 20 minutes 7. 粥煮好放鹽 Add salt, Ready to serve

Chinese Painting Workshop I always want to try Chinese Painting, lucky us we found this Chinese painting workshop so and we went for a try 😀The artwork is framed to a Chinese calendar. First of all, we have to choose the picture we would like to draw. With coming of Chinese New Year we have decided to draw something with blossoming flowers and birds😊 With no experience in doing Chinese painting, the teacher taught us some basic skills in managing the brush to draw flower, leaves, birds and rocks I would say the magic of Chinese painting is to manage to draw different objects by using a brush, by managing the amount of ink and weight you apply on the brush it creates different strokes and level of density of the drawing. It took us 2 hours to complete this painting, we are surprised and proud of the painting looks great !!!

Roasted Chicken with Oregano and Honey😋😋 香草蜜糖燒春鷄  Ingredients 材料: Spring Chicken春雞....................................1 pc / 1隻 Seasoning 醃料: (a) Oregano. 香草......................................... 1 tsp / 1 茶匙 (b) Black Pepper黑胡椒 .............................. 1 tsp    / 1 茶匙 (c) Salt 鹽..................................................... 1 tsp   / 1 茶匙 (d) Dark Soy Sauce 老抽............................. 1-2 tsp   / 1-2 茶匙 (e) Honey 蜜糖............................................ 2-3 tbsp  / 2-3 茶匙 Procedures 做法: 1. Defrost the frozen chicken and dry it. 春雞解凍後, 洗淨瀝乾水分 2 Mix well seasonings (a), (b), (c) and (d) and spread them over the chicken , stuffed 1 - 2 tsp of the seasoning inside the chicken body. 將醃料香草拌勻,將1-2茶匙醃料放入雞胸搽勻 3. Coat a layer of dark soy sauce all over the chicken , spread the seasoning in step 2 as well 春鷄用老抽塗勻全身,將餘下香草也塗勻雞全身  4. Marinated for 4 - 5 hours at least, or even overnight 把雞醃4-5小時或過夜更入味...

金針菜 金針菜 又叫黃花菜, 屬百合科, 金針菜 的花蕾蒸熟曬乾而成 是中國特產之一。 味鮮質嫩,營養豐富,含有豐富的花粉、糖、蛋白質、維生素C、鈣、脂肪、胡蘿蔔素、氨基酸等人體所必須的養分,其所含的胡蘿蔔素甚至超過西紅柿的幾倍 。 黃花菜具有很好地健腦和抗衰老功效。究其原因是由於黃花菜中富含卵磷脂,這是一種人體中的一種細胞組成成分,特別在大腦細胞中此物質的含量豐富。所以如果能夠常吃黃花菜,是能夠增強和改善大腦功能的。而且卵磷脂還能夠消除動脈中的廢物,從而改善注意力不集中、記憶力減退以及腦動脈阻塞等顯現。所以黃花菜又有「健腦菜」這一稱呼 。 黃花菜中由於含有的某些有效成分,例如天門冬素、秋水仙鹼等,它們能夠抑制體內癌細胞的裂變和生長,另外,黃花菜中富含的粗纖維也能夠促進排便,從而將有害物質快速地排出體外,減少腸胃對有害物質的過度吸收。所以黃花菜也是癌症患者的健康食品。 功效:  性味甘涼,有止血、消炎、清熱、利濕、消食、明目、安神等功效,對吐血、大便帶血、小便不通、失眠、乳汁不下等有療效,可作為病後或產後 。 以色澤的淺黃清新,身長而粗丶柔軟而富有彈性丶味清香為正貨  春季秋季都有黃花菜,因此當屬應季吃最好。 選購方法: 1、看顏色:正常情況下,鮮黃花菜製作成乾菜後,其色澤會變深。如果你看到的干黃花菜「色澤迷人」,多數為二氧化硫嚴重超標。其外表金黃、淺黃、淺白,均屬不正常,而黃中帶褐黑色的比較可靠。另外,正常黃花菜顏色均勻,而二氧化硫熏過的黃花菜顏色不均勻。 2、聞氣味:購買干黃花菜時可以聞一下,不要買有刺激性氣味的。正常的干黃花菜具有其自身的香味,沒有其他氣味,而用二氧化硫熏制過的黃花菜則有刺激性氣味。 3、用手捏:用手成把捏緊黃花菜,鬆手後如果幹黃花菜能自動散開並恢復原形,說明菜乾、質量好,如果鬆手後仍成團形不能恢復原狀,說明菜濕,易發霉。 貯存: 雖然金針菜是乾貨 但不能存太久 放在陰涼乾爽的地方只能保存兩至三星期 。 處理及食法: 把每一朵金針菜漂亮的外衣剝開,把含有花粉的花蕊全部摘除。這個過程有點煩瑣,但可以保證去掉絕大部分秋水仙鹼。把所有摘除花蕊的金針菜沖洗,然後浸泡20分鐘,當然時間越長越好。 用金針用的雲耳蒸...
