芝士鷄肉漢堡扒

芝士鷄肉漢堡扒😋😋😋   材料(Serve for 4 people , 4人份量) 免冶鷄肉 Minced Chicken 400g 芝士碎 Mix of Cheese diced 麵包糠 Bread crumps 40g 蛋 Egg 2 洋蔥切碎 Onion diced,  1pc 調味料 鹽Salt  3 茶匙 3 teaspoons 胡椒粉White Pepper 少許 a pinch 水 Water  少許 a little 做法 1. 鷄肉加入鹽拌勻 Add salt to the minced chicken and mix well 2. 加入洋蔥 麵包糠 芝士碎 蛋 水 白胡粉 拌勻 Add the diced onion, cheese, beaten egg, water and a pinch of white pepper, into the minced chicken. Mix well 3. 將鷄肉壓成一個漢堡扒形狀 Scope the well mixture into a hamburger steak form 4. 下油熱鑊,大火煎封漢堡扒兩面分鐘2,蓋上鑊蓋 𨍭小火煎6分鐘至熟 Heat the pan at high heat and pan fried the chicken hamburger steak (both side) for 2 minutes, then cover the pan and cook at a low heat for another 6 minutes 提示: 先以大火煎封漢堡扒,能鎖住肉汁 Tips: First start with high heat to cook the chicken hamburger steak can help to keep the steak juicy
