Roasted Chicken with Oregano and Honey😋😋
香草蜜糖燒春鷄 



Ingredients 材料:
Spring Chicken春雞....................................1 pc / 1隻


Seasoning 醃料:
(a) Oregano. 香草......................................... 1 tsp / 1 茶匙
(b) Black Pepper黑胡椒 .............................. 1 tsp  / 1 茶匙
(c) Salt 鹽..................................................... 1 tsp / 1 茶匙
(d) Dark Soy Sauce 老抽............................. 1-2 tsp / 1-2 茶匙
(e) Honey 蜜糖............................................ 2-3 tbsp / 2-3 茶匙

Procedures 做法:

1. Defrost the frozen chicken and dry it.
春雞解凍後, 洗淨瀝乾水分

2 Mix well seasonings (a), (b), (c) and (d) and spread them over the chicken , stuffed 1 - 2 tsp of the seasoning inside the chicken body.
將醃料香草拌勻,將1-2茶匙醃料放入雞胸搽勻

3. Coat a layer of dark soy sauce all over the chicken , spread the seasoning in step 2 as well
春鷄用老抽塗勻全身,將餘下香草也塗勻雞全身 

4. Marinated for 4 - 5 hours at least, or even overnight
把雞醃4-5小時或過夜更入味


5. Pre-heat the over at 200C for 15 min, then baked the chicken at the same temperature for 35min. Chicken breast face up.
預熱焗爐200 度15分鐘 然後把雞焗35分鐘, 雞胸向上

6. After the chicken baked for 35 min., coat a layer of honey over the chicken and baked for 5 min. 
雞胸塗上蜜糖焗5分鐘

7. Turnover the chicken, coat a layer of honey over the chicken and baked for another 5 min.
將雞反轉再塗一次蜜糖焗5分鐘

8. Ready to serve
