Beef Meatballs with Corn
Ingredients:
Minced Beef ............................... 200g
Corn (canned or Kannel) ............ 1/2 cup
Garlic (Minced) .......................... 1 tbsp
Ginger (Minced) ......................... 1 tbsp
Seasoning:
Sugar............................................ 1 tsp
Soy Sauce ................................... 1 tbsp
Corn Starch ................................. 2 tbsp
Water ........................................... 1 tbsp
Salt .............................................. a dash
Pepper ......................................... a dash
Sesame Oil .................................. a little
Procedures:
1. Marinate minced meat with the seasoning. Add in corn, garlic and ginger , mix well.
2 Use moist hands to mould meat mix into 12 - 14 pieces of meat balls
3. Fridge meat balls for an hour or two
4. Apply a thin layer of oil on the base of airfryer basket. Put in meat balls (divided into 2 batches, each time 6-7 pieces, do not stack the meatball over each other) and cook at 140C for 6 minutes. Give a turn and further cook at 180C for 3 minutes
